This app was better than I anticipated! If you are working on bettering your mental health, this is the app for you! I have anxiety, depression, & ADHD. This app teaches you how to navigate through all of the daily tasks you may struggle with. 10/10 recommend!

Don’t need to bother you with details, but I never thought an app like this one would exist at all. Long story short wether you’re looking for something like this or not, I’d suggest give it a try. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ I am not lying when I’m saying this was an immediate effect on my mental state. I love it, this will be my new daily thing
Helpful and unique app
I love this app. The main thing I don’t like about it is that often the sessions tell you to think about a positive or happy childhood memory. I guess they assume everyone has those. They’re wrong. I wish they had an alternative suggestion there and I wish they had models set to overcome past trauma and also assist with PTSD. Still I like it and at least their price for a year is reasonable unlike Youper or other apps. I also find it’s more unique than other similar apps. If you’re looking for an app of this type definitely give it a try, the first week is free.

Nice app but confusing navigation
I like the app, but I really dislike the navigation. I find it very confusing to understand which order it’s suggesting for you to take (specially if you miss a day or two and need to get back in rhythm
