What workouts can I find? 
All your favourite club classes are in our App. Join our Activists as they train your body and mind in: 
 
Grid Training 
Push your limits in a class designed to develop muscle and burn calories. You’ll get your heart pumping and find new inner and outer strength.  
 
Yoga 
Join our Yoga Activists to channel awareness through your body. With our Flow classes, you’ll get your heart rate up as you move with grace between postures. In our Align classes, you’ll hold postures for several breaths and focus on alignment, physical sensations and building strength in your body. In our Calm classes, you’ll enjoy a slower-paced session to help you find peace and release tension. 
 
Pilates  
Work muscles you didn’t even know you had in our Mat and Athletic Pilates classes. Build your strength, increase your heart rate and leave class feeling a few inches taller.  
 
Cycle 
Ride to the beat in our Cycle classes. Party on your pedals with workouts to develop your rhythm, get your groove on and just have a good time.  
 
Dance 
Shake off your day with a Virgin Active Dance class. You’ll learn basic steps and put everything you’ve learned together in choreographed routines that will have you dancing for days.  
 
Barre 
Combine strength and grace in one of our Barre classes, using ballet moves alongside Pilates and yoga principles to tone your lower body.  
 
Boxing  
Step into the ring as you jab, cross and hook your way through your workout. Increase your endurance and your strength while giving your mind a little detox too.
