We built Train Fitness because we too are lifters, gym enthusiasts, & fellow athletes, and we're tired of entering a workout log, manually. The Train Fitness App is an all-encompassing workout log app that tracks how you move and helps you achieve your strength training goals at the gym. Whether you want to gain strength, build muscle, lose weight fast, get shredded, or just log workouts at the gym, Train Fitness is the only hands-free workout tracker helping you achieve your goals.

Our AI-powered workout tracker works with the Apple Watch 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, SE, Apple Watch Ultra, and Apple Watch Ultra 2. Unfortunately, due to CPU limitations with the Apple Watch 1, 2 and 3, we are unable to reliably run our application on these devices.

Weightlifting and gym log can now be saved to a profile, providing a valuable history of all your routines at the gym. Using an automatic gym workout tracker enables users to be completely hands-free and saves them time while working out.

Support for automatic tracking of 82 exercises, plus an additional 400+ manual exercises that can be logged using the app. Support for dumbbells, barbells, cable, and bodyweight exercises and routines.

Automatic rest timer starts as soon as you finish your set. Our Ai-powered workout tracker allows you to keep track of how long you have been resting using the handy rest timer to make sure you're reaching your strength training goals. 

View breakdowns by muscle group, exercise, or time. Our workout tracker allows users to filter specific dates to see your strength training progress and understand how you are improving your bodybuilding or overall fitness.

We support gym exercises to hit biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, back, legs, and core! Stop guessing what exercises to do or which workout tracker is easiest, know your goals and what workout log you need to follow to achieve them. We provide a seamless and easy way of sharing your workout tracker with your friends & community. 

We are very serious about data. Train Fitness does not share your data with any third parties. All data is anonymized and never distributed. Period. Train Fitness uses HealthKit to export your Train Fitness activities into the Health app and to read heart rate and biometric data.

Any purchases will be applied to your iTunes account at the end of your free trial. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription. Excellent app with lots of promise

This app is fantastic. The developers are very responsive to questions. It’ll be very interesting to see how this app develops overtime.

They ripped me off

I paid $50 for the year plan, then I noticed they were charging me $15 a month for the last 15 months, including the 12 months in the year that I purchased the plan. I have written them asking why this happened and to please refund me. Waiting to hear back. Be warned, possible scam here.

Leg press

Need to up the number of pounds. I am leg pressing over 1100 lbs. max and it only goes too. 1000 lbs.

I love this app!

I absolutely love this app! It makes my work outs so easy. I used to log with a pen and paper but that got hard and annoying. This app also helps me know what muscles need rest and what muscles need attention. I’ve only gained muscle since using this app. Definitely a smart buy if you are in the gym trying to make progress.

Great App, but I want more!

This is a really good app. The auto exercise detection is on point and is really accurate. I’ve been using the FitBod app and switched to Train, mainly for the auto detect and clean UI. Here are some other features I’d love to see: 1) iPad app for the ability to plan workouts on a bigger screen 2) website same reason for #1 above 3) AI auto generated workouts and programs 4) Ability to create custom multi week workout plans 6) Library of pre created workout plans Again, this app is really good but with the suggested features as listed above it would be fantastic!

TRAIN Fitness App

Andrew & Oscar and their team have made available a fitness tracker app that first is extremely user friendly which means a lot to those who are more interested in tracking their resistance training goals then being computer savvy. This app has taken me to an entirely next level of support towards my fitness goals for 2024. This app is for beginners to the more advanced. I’ve experienced other similar apps but TRAINER is THE APP, is you really want reliable data needed for being your best YOU.
