Kaum eine App die in Deutschland für Versicherungs-, Banking- und Verwaltungsaufgaben von verschiedensten Institutionen erdacht und angeboten werden, kommen nur zu einem Bruchteil an die Funktionalität, Zuverlässigkeit und Kompetenz von Personal und back office SOPs ( Standard Operating Proceedures ) heran. Sehr beeindruckend. So etwas passiert nicht über Nacht oder durch Zufall. Wehweisend.

The app itself is very solid, but every time there is an update, I have to log in again and enter the activation code that is sent by regular mail. This is awful and means that I have to look thru my mail every time I open the app and want to use it.

I love tracking my fitness with Strava. This app only takes Komoot which is a bit of a pain but ok. I work with apps but did not understand that I could not submit my workouts without closing out any future points collecting. So I submitted and cannot submit until March2022 again when the year starts again. I love the concept of earning points but it should be easier to understand and you should be able to submit monthly to see progress. You also shouldn’t get locked out of submitting more.

I like the app although it’s a bit slow at times. One thing I don’t like though is that its TK-Fit section, which can help to earn the user 1,000 points twice a year, is unfortunately at times miscounting the taken steps and even reducing the number of steps taken throughout the day. I sent an email to TK with screenshots proving it but unfortunately only received what looks like a standard reply telling me the app is actually not counting steps itself but is relying on Apple Health for that, which is fair, but still the steps within the TK App went down and I have the screenshots proving it. Please fix this ASAP as otherwise it almost feels like an attempt of depriving the user of their hard earned steps and investment into their health via the TK-Fit challenge.
