I really enjoy the app and everything thing it has to offer. I’m was wounding if the AMRP time could have an attachment to keep track of rounds completed.

I just started using the custom feature and I resaltan like that it will let you know what you work on most. Gives me a the data to know when to switch it up and work different moves. I’d like to see a rehab tab. I’ve had an ACL surgery and I recently had my meniscus worked on and can’t do legs right now. I was doing upper body with the app and those man it’s be great if they had a tab for rehab workouts. Just food for thought. Great app!!
Exactly what I’ve wanted
I have been looking for an app like this. I’ve tried many and this is the one that has made the cut. I love that I can save a WOD and or modify it, scale it up or swap out movements. I’m 54 and have been rough on my body so there are some movements I want to do, and probably can do, but will pay for it dearly the next day. I like that I can swap it out and keep the intensity going. If I was going to ask for something it would be to have the ability to add a custom movement that isn’t in the populated drop downs.
