I practice with the UB 5 times a week! They have from beginner to advance yoga, as well as meditation practices for walking or resting. Super inclusive practices and such a care for creating safe environment where movement and emotions of any kind are welcomed!!
So many targeted sessions!
I love that there are so many different types of classes and classes targeted to specific areas. I have terrible neck and shoulder pain, and the classes targeted to those issues have helped me so much! I am very much a beginner, but the instruction and variations offered are excellent.
My favorite yoga app!
I absolutely love Jessamyn’s approaching, teaching style, philosophy - she makes me feel welcome on the mat no matter where I’m at or what I’m feeling. I also really appreciate the range of available classes; there is a variety of class lengths, intensity levels, areas of focus, whatever you need!

the classes on the underbelly are some of the only guided yoga classes that nurture you on a spiritual, mental, and physical level. the accommodations for all body types has been especially helpful for me as a fat person. i really can’t recommend the underbelly enough!!! lowkey changed my life!
