Not sure if this works??
AWorking?? Are used to use this app very regularly and I stop now I check on it and it seems to be no schedule I’m not sure if it works anymore I noticed that there’s a link to Google docs but I don’t use that I don’t sign into Google for many reasons but I would like to start FaceTime in again Not sure if you’ll be able to contact me on here that starts again when I check in at the time
Very good
I’m not normally into meditation but due to job stress I thought I’d try it. It’s relaxing, 10 minutes is easy to fit in, and the leaders have a nice style that isn’t “woo woo.” I’d consider paying a subscription for this program. Thank you to the developer! (Revised to add - a real-time error reporting mechanism would be nice; had no sound today)
First-time Meditator
I have never been able to make meditation work for me. I’m not sure this is true mediation or mindfulness, but it has helped my mind quiet down the jumpy “squirrels” in my head and allow my mind to calm down. I have been using this for about two months now, and I come to realize it has made my life better. What more can one ask for?! Only improvement I ask is to make it easier to give comments/feedback to our mediation session leaders. Overall if you’re considering trying it, it’s free and it only takes 10 minutes per session. Not much to invest and much potentially to gain.
Most inviting meditation app
This app has been a great way for me to reflect upon myself and take a breather everyday. I appreciate how each session is made conveniently to fit into your busy schedule. I think it’s essential to meditate as a daily regimen and many find it difficult to start that on their own. Therefore, this app is the best solution for both beginners and practitioners in meditation. 🌸
Moving example of community
I didn’t quite understand the concept when I first downloaded this app. But after “tapping in” to my first session it was really humbling. Not only does it come at the perfect time during the work day, live meditation is not something you usually can do without going to a studio. Download this today! You won’t regret it. 10 minutes during your day is no time at all to take a few minutes for your mind. Keep on keeping on! ❤️
Sense of Community
This app has become such an integral part of my practice. Totally free, such an incredible sense of community while still allowing me to be my introverted, non-interactive self. I take my 2nd break at work to stretch and tap in for meditation every week day with such an incredible variety of teachers. 🧘♀️💗
Grateful for Tap In
The feeling of meditating with others is totally different from practicing alone. Thank you for giving this shut in a way to connect! Would be five stars but one teacher has what sounds like gum or a mint in their mouth while leading. Really grosses me out.
Finding the time to meditate is challenging. We created a calendar invite as a supportive way for you to work it into your day.
