Decent content, but overpriced subscription

I have used a lot of connected fitness equipment. I love my Tonal, I use Apple Fitness regularly, and I’ve dabbled with Peleton. Supernatural seemed like it was going to be a great combination of VR and fitness. I loved the techniques they teased, and even now I think it could be great. Unfortunately, the value they offer for the price is just not adequate. I canceled the subscription pretty quickly and won’t go back unless prices come down.

Don’t download

it says it’s a work out but it’s only yoga or meditation barely any workouts. Don’t download if you want a workout😡

Cool when it works, support is awful

I enjoy the workouts when they work. But there is constant broken streaming. The heart rate tracker constantly has to be reconnected. If you need to pause a session and then get back into your space, it’s always way off, and does not calibrate well, even if you put the headset down directly where you were standing on the “center pad” and then try to be where you were at, it’s always sloppy. There is seemingly no way to get back to Meta itself after you’re in Supernatural like in other apps. I literally have to turn off or restart the headset to get back to Metas Home Screen. There needs to be more troubleshooting videos made by meta… but the worst is the costumer support that always sends you a full page questionnaire you must answer before they will help you and IF by chance you ask ANYTHING tech support oriented in the Facebook group your question has answers turned off or they straight out delete it. Horrible - but what else do you expect from Meta. They are only in it for the money. Most of U.S. Supernatural fans have to fund support in other communities like Reddit to get any sense of humanity. It’s too bad too because the coaches are great. Could be a great platform. Maybe someone else besides Meta will make something better.

FORCED TO INSTALL

way to get downloads by forcing us to download it. Says not right email when it’s clearly right. And only work using app.

Frustrated

So I own two headsets, one at home and one at work. I will hit up a class at both locations when I can, and now the app limits the times I can switch between my headsets. Wish I had known this was a limitation before buying a years subscription.

Immediate Need to Add the Dates on Workouts

I love the workout, but I absolutely hate how data is presented. I should be able to go to the app and see the specific date for each workout. Seeing “1 day ago” or “1 week ago” isn’t helpful! I need the date and it needs to be available immediately upon completion of the workout not weeks later. Peloton, Apple Fitness+, and other streaming fitness platforms having similar functionality. It’s especially frustrating because I’d like to use these workouts to get incentive credits for workouts, but I can’t for weeks without the date. It almost so frustrating that I nearly want to cancel this subscription service. I hate paying for things that don’t offer the basic functionality.

Super Fun

Having two small kids makes planning workout time super annoying. But with this app I can easily squeeze in workouts between their naps and play dates. The workouts themselves are super fun and make me sweat like crazy. Definitely a game changer for at home exercise. My only suggestion would be for the developers to make the stretching videos available on the mobile app. On my off days I want to stretch without putting the headset on.
