I just downloaded the app and originally tried the two minute PMR and then wanted to see the five minute PMR and they were exactly the same. Only works on making fists. Not much of a progressive muscle relaxation session (coming from a healthcare professional)

I’m a mental health professional and was recommending this app to clients, but I work with low income populations so I can’t anymore unfortunately. It’s a shame because i really liked the simplicity of it. Update: developer reached out to me and provided support to help my clients get access. Big thanks to him!!! Phenomenal app, well worth the subscription.

When I downloaded this app, the developer had not yet added the subscription limitation. Unfortunately, although the app is well-done, it is way too simplistic for a recurring subscription. I would be willing to pay a small one-time charge but too many other subscription based apps offer way more features.

It was supposed to be free, after today update I see that I have only 3 free sessions remaining? Edit: thank you for the code but one free month is not the point. When I downloaded the app it was announced as free, no mention of subscription or in-app purchase. The terms have changed and since not even the first users will be grandfathered to use the app without a subscription, I will have to stop using it. The content provided does not justify the price, personally. Probably as a one time purchase, but not as a monthly expense.
