Good App
Simple and clean. Very easy to build your own workouts. Exactly what I was looking for.
Only OK at best...
Everything is extremely limited. Only 18 exercises in total, only 1 “Prebuilt” routine. Videos are clear and brief; that is positive. Zero text or graphic info explaining/illustrating purpose/impact of exercises. I can’t recommend at any price.
VT rip trainer
Love the VT trainer apps. So easy to customize. Rip needs more exercises though. It's really lacking compared to VT suspension. Please update soon.
Solid but more exercises needed & integrate
I prefer the VT app because it has so many more exercises. It would also be great if the point system for the two apps could be integrated for total points for the week, month, etc.

Works great and customizable!
Minimal but effective
The rip trainer is in itself very versatile. These are basic but effective videos. Although I would like to see more advanced videos or different levels of difficulty.
