I really do like it. It is really a workout and I just started today and it’s such a good workout and you can do runs after, but I would recommend a workout outfit.
Pretty cool app
I like it, it’s a good concept and I enjoy doing these work outs but I do want to say that in the beginning of a work out where it shows you the of the move your about to do, it would really help if there was like a preview of said work out so people at least know what their about to. I found it hard to begin the workout without knowing what move I was suppose to be doing. Other than that I hope this app thrives because there is some real potential here.

This app is so fun and motivational
So I started this about a week ago and it’s so fun. Every day there is new short exercises to try out. They are not long so it won’t make you tired or want to quit. After the short fun exercises that help you break a sweat there is also a short breathing exercise to get your heart beating back to normal. I love this app and I’m so glad it’s in my life it makes exercise so fun. At first I thought you could customize a character but you can’t. That is okay though because you can still follow along and have so much fun.
