When I first downloaded this app, I was listening to adults my age with problems similar to mine and was able to get insight. Now when I get on here, these kids have found this app and are treating it like some groupchat session with friends talking nonsense, it’s useless getting on there now. Please do something about this

This app is so amazing, being able to connect and relate with people like you it’s so great. It’s genuinely so healing if you have every struggled with opening up to people and being yourself this app has helped me so much and I would totally suggest it to a friend. The only thing I wish was different is that for certain servers there’s only an hour long room now and I wish it was still a few hours long like a while back ago. Overall just a highly underrated app for mental health it’s great.

i remember the days that the meetings were open from 9-3am & now they only last an HOUR. not to mention the fact that you have to pay $8 a month (which isn’t a lot but is if you’re broke and barely making it by) to talk in the 24/7 “meeting” room. honestly i almost never write reviews but this is ridiculous. for those of us who can’t afford therapy, used this app as an outlet to connect with other people personally for free was a godsend. yes $8 is extremely affordable compared to therapy but this app should’ve remained free. or if you’re not going to have it for free, AT LEAST keep the other meeting rooms open longer than a freaking hour. honestly don’t think i’ll ever download it again and i know for sure i won’t recommend it to anyone either.
