Finch has helped me so much over the last couple months, it was introduced to me by a teacher and it’s the best thing ever I love my little birdie Mercury they’re the best! Finch has really helped me set new goals and achieve existing ones I love the reflections they help so much as someone who doesn’t have a physical journal anymore. I love that you can have a tree town with all of your friends and family I love sending good vibes!!! I am such a big fan of the events as well it’s cool to be getting something new and exciting every month I always look forward to the next one! I can’t express how much I love and appreciate this app. I couldn’t recommend more.
Really Surprised
Honestly I have been going through the worst and longest depressive episode of my life and tried this app as a last ditch effort since many other things weren’t working for me. This app has been surprisingly helpful, especially while I am dealing with anxiety attacks to have a quick place to go to do breathing or grounding exercises. I really did not expect it to help me or work but it really has been such a motivator to get out of bed and drink water and do everything that seems too hard to do so my little bird friend can get a new outfit.
