Sleep application
I have been trying to improve my life and want to have a more pleasant experience with my nights. It appears to be able to track snoring, sleep talking and how many times you wake up which may help my psychiatrist who already prescribed a medication for my nightmares since I have ptsd, which nightmares are common with. The sounds helped me get to sleep last night and it also measures your heart rate which I have needed at times to make sure I am not about to actually die. So I am going to try this ritual of thirty minutes to get ready for bed to include washing and reading as suggested. I hope this helps me with increasing my awareness so I can be a better advocate of myself when I do receive professional help. If it helps me communicate about my bad dreams in a way that can help explain why this is happening to me and what I can do about it, I will be very grateful. It may not change my night terror but help me shower, read and know how much quality REM sleep I’m receiving.
