I have been getting much better sleep
Grating voices
This app has some great meditations and tools. It’s well constructed and easy to navigate. However the one thing that is keeping me from subscribing are a lot of these voices. Just when I think I’ve found a meditation that works for me, the voice is so distracting and grating. Vocal fry, or nasally, or sing-songy. Really distracting, and the furthest thing from a relaxing presentation.

This app addresses all common issues of everyday life and it works to help you deal with them. It never fails to bring ease.
Great meditations
I’ve had this app for several years now and it is my favorite meditation app. User friendly. Plenty of variety as far as topics, speakers, and length.
Does not have to cost money
You can do so much stuff just for free this is my first day with it and it is awesome
Scam
I was logged out. When I logged back in my subscription magically disappeared. The help email went unanswered. I’m paid through September. I’d like my money back.
My favorite and go to meditation app :)
I’ve been using Simple Habit since the early start of the pandemic. It’s been very comforting and helps to clear my thoughts, emotions and get me back to center. I’m glad an app like this exist and lets you start with 1 to 5 minutes meditations. It helped with starting out and not knowing if I could sit still for a long meditation! As I’ve used it, I’ve been able to build up a longer mediation practice. I still go back to 5 minutes when I don’t have much time and im glad it’s there. I’ve tried other meditation apps however Simple Habit as its name indicates, it’s simple to use and form a habit to be able to meditate more.
