The See Me Serene app has guided imagery audio files for all ages that describe beautiful outdoor scenes and fund outdoor activities in four categories: Nature Scenes, Outdoor Activities, Leisure Sports, Animals, and Family Time. Examples are At the Beach, Forest Rain, Fly Fishing, Playing with Puppies, and Having a Picnic.
 
The app also contains a list of mental health resources that are available 24/7, a mood status tracker, and audio file tracker.
