App is great for virtual races
I am not sure what the fuss is about with the poor reviews. I haven't had any issues and it's pretty user friendly. I joined in order to take advantage of dollars available through work and needed a way of being able to do events in the winter time. It works great to be a part of events. There are also frequent events which is nice if you want to do one and not the other.

Downloaded this app for an Advocare challenge. The dashboard syncs with my Fitbit but puts the information on the wrong day. Have reached out to support and received absolutely no help. Useless…

Downloaded the app and signed up. Every time I open the app I can not see the function buttons as it does not support dynamic type. Clicked on the support link and it goes nowhere. Wanted to give it a 1 star but would not take it unless I upgraded it.
United StatesDifficult New Year Rollover
I have greatly enjoyed this app and the associated website for the last two years. There have been minor hiccups but the app/site has kept me very motivated with races and challenges! The rollover to the New Year has been very difficult. The app required me to verify email (normal) and reset password. I did. Now I cannot log into the app or the website and it us even acting like I am a new account :( I reset my phone and devices so the issue seems to be with the app/site. There were some oddities happening at the end of year … like the system taking my mile run and the results fir my 5k and mile Remix… This showed me winning my age group by quite a bit! That was fun I hope things get resolved soon… this is a great app!
