More measures
While I enjoy wearing the ring, I wonder whether a couple of measures would be possible to be added in near future, especially for continuous glucose monitoring, and blood pressure monitoring. Also, exercise tracking really needs more work. The current version is premature and inaccurate.

Regret this purchase so much especially because of their horrific return policy and customer service. I was up with a sick child every night this week, going up and down stairs, etc - it did not detect this and tells me every morning no matter what that my sleep score is in the 90s. What a waste. Do NOT waste your money.

App doesn’t seem to pickup accurate heart rate when I am working out. Cons -ring gets scratched up way too easily, I have black ring and dont do anything out of ordinary, can only imagine how bad this ring will look when I start the gym. I work a desk job and do daily walks and ride bikes. Very poor physical quality -Sleep tracking records me in deep sleep when I am just reading in bed, despite page turning movement with that hand -Sleep tracking writes massive duplicate values to iOS health app -App feels lackluster Pros -no subscription -accurate blood ox, heart rate -like stress reading

My ring produces inaccurate data when at half percentage and support refuses to acknowledge this. The newest update not only changed how the interface looks in app but also bugged sleep data. It was perfectly accurate when I woke up then 30 minutes to and hour later it messed it up and removed over half of my sleep data. I got this April 1, it’s currently April 22. I started seeing minor issues within the first few days, tested to see if those minor issues were issues. I can’t even return it because it’s out of the 14 day window that support responded. I swapped from my apple watch because I didn’t want to have inaccurate data. Something of which started a little over year after having. This started having inaccurate data within the first 7 days. I only went with them because it was the only one that had the majority of stuff I wanted that wasn’t subscription based.

But it can’t follow through. My OURA has its own problems but at least it can tell when I’m asleep. This is the most basic function and RingConn isn’t even close.

I would love to understand the stress scores a little more…not quite sure what to do with information that says I am stressed out at midnight when I am in deep sleep but somehow normal when I am riding shotgun with my teenage student driver daughter. I know HRV is involved but would be good to understand more. Temperature changes mean what? I think the app can improve on helping to tease out what exactly I am looking at so I can have some clue as to what I should change (if anything). Overall, ring itself has been easy to wear and ok for a smart ring. All Smartrings are ugly on a woman’s finger. I wonder which company will finally get a clue there and develop a smart ring with a little style included. I guess one could say the same for smart watches. I am happy with my purchase and for a non-subscription app, I appreciate what info I am getting but looking forward to it having enough on it that I can convince others in my family to get one.
