Serious UX problems
The user experience is not intuitive. It’s not clear how to track activity as it’s completed. The videos are barely useful and there is not enough written or verbal instruction. Instead the audio is just pointless music which seems totally distracting. After updating iOS, I could not use the app as I was unable to get past the check in process which itself was unreadable. As a result I could not even access Help. No choice but to cancel and delete.
Like repeating video for rep number
This is great to follow the video then hit repeat for reps! No need to mess with a timer! Love it!
Low back pain
Have been having some low back pain on and off the last couple years. Downloaded this app, followed the daily exercises and it has drastically reduce my pain.

Rehabilitated my AC Joint after separation
I crashed my mountain bike and ended up with a minor AC joint separation in the shoulder. Don’t have great health insurance so needed an affordable option for rehab.
