6 Week Muscle Gaining Program
This is a program to train the body to do 100 consecutive push ups in less than two months. The rules are simple: take 1 or 2 days of rest after a push up day and rest at least 60 seconds between each set.

There are no instructions on how to set this up or what it's supposed to do. Does it count my push ups? I don't get it.
