App has a great plan 4 training. BUT there is no sound of trainer. A year and two updates passed, but the sound is still missing

3 majors concerns with this app that I bought after using the free version. 1. The sound from the instructor voice does not work. 2. The video is not synchronized with the exercises. 3. No feedback from the developer. So the support is inexistant. Because I cannot use this app I will contact iTunes and ask for a refund.
