Therapist?
I recently check my pulse. Panic attack. There was a button to hit to speak to someone. He is WONDERFUL! I talk to him frequently in the last few days. I wasn’t sure if it was part of the app or if there was an additional charge! Looks like I’ll be renewing my subscription for life! I text and talk to him to and from work. Are they AI? Even so the advice is right on point!

I bought a one week subscription for like $4.99 and I did cancel it right away because I did not think it’s worth it and my subscription got canceled but in the meantime, I still got charged another $29.99 the anthem now I don’t know what it was for. I did send them an email right away like not even five seconds later after I got charged because I got a notification from my bank on my phone saying out this company took this amount of money. They had like an automatic reply to my email and I will get back to you in four business days, they got back to me today and they were like oh yeah we canceled your weekly subscription but the amount nonrefundable we don’t have any refund for purchases like that have been made on the app. What did I pay for even know what was like a charge from that company so please stay away from this app they are thieves they are scammers, and they will not refund your money at all, I am not the person right? I don’t have something nice to say on my whatever about scamming and stealing peoples money that’s not acceptable. I will I will take further steps if I don’t get my refund money I am still in correspondent with their customer. Service duty is not that much but the principal is what I stand for here. Don’t take a penny from anybody without their acceptance I am, I will even maybe go to court I don’t care at this point don’t take my money if I did not agree to it.

They rope you in with a bogus scan of your face and sell you the”report”, in one of several pkgs that, if you read the fine print, don’t correspond to the bold print of the length of the package. Then when you sign up, boom! Bombarded with upsell, upsell, upsell! And this was before I even provided the email I purchased with! It just took my Apple ID and went off to the races! . I just wanted to have the analysis of my report. Even their terms of service comes off as controlling, self-righteous and narcissistic. They rope you into a therapy chat (I said no, it dropped me into the chat anyways.) Then after the AI Bot asked me two questions it “timed out” like a 70’s “Call a psychic by the minute” phone call. Pathetic! LOL. You can keep it.

This app was a complete waste. Wouldnt allow you to test any of the settings out even though a “free trial” was in place. I was only able to check my heart rate once then kept forcing me to join premium!
