United StatesPractical, versatile, fun and easy to use
I’ve been using this app for a week now and so far have been nothing but happy with the workouts. I have tried selections at all different levels and targeting different goals (stretching and mobility, cardio, strengthening and both shallow and deep water, some as short as 15 min and others at 40). I haven’t decided who my fave instructor is, but each workout has been thoughtfully presented with both above water and below water shots of the exercises. Instructors incorporate warm ups and cool downs in most cases (my 15 min deep water AM REP) workout being the exception, though I believe there is usually guidance to do a warm up on your own. From a practical standpoint, the app allows a user to search by length, intensity, instructor, goal, and each workout itself has all of these in a quick description list which also includes which equipment is needed. The developer has also been responsive. I had a couple of aqua fitness questions that I sent off through FB messenger. I received a prompt and helpful reply. Overall, I feel like the app fits into my exercise goals and will serve me for a long time as those goals evolve. I have been wanting to make a regular habit of water fitness for some time, and having PoolFit has already facilitated that and allowed me to stretch beyond the one YouTube instructor I already really liked. I don’t love having another subscription, but this is one I am using and its value definitely exceeds the cost.

I really like most of the videos however I’m really frustrated because if I want to replay the video that I downloaded and just now worked out to it won’t let me and I’m not online so I can’t download another video. If anyone knows how to back up or replay a downloaded video after just viewing it PLEASE let me know. Thank you! The back up arrows won’t let me start the video over.

This is for Mark….. We own a dual Zone swim spa, I try every day to have a soak in the hot tub before doing one of my workouts I’ve downloaded from this app. There are so many to choose from. I change up at the beginning of each month with 3 new ones . I absolutely LOVE this app❣️

Love the HIIT and interval training classes-they are just what I need after a warm up swim. Each exercises is modeled and explained and the visual countdown clock helps me to maximize each exercise. I highly recommend Pool Fit!
