I can’t imagine living without Essentrics workouts! I do these every single day and I feel amazing! If you have backaches, knee pain, neck pain etc… then these workouts are for you. They are workouts that focus on getting you out of pain and increasing mobility. Soon enough you’ll notice you feel lighter on your feet, more free in your body, and on top of it all, looking like a ballerina. Your new found mobility will make you able to approach other workouts with ease. You’ll be lifting weights more comfortably, running faster, and bringing your A game to any sport you may play. The team at Essentrics are professionals with a passion for understanding how our bodies- with all its different organs, muscles, ligaments, and bones- work as one unit. They have an academic understanding of anatomy, and a professional athlete level of application. These are workouts with your health and quality of life in mind. If you’re a hater of working out like me… than this is the workout for you! I’ve dabbled in working out. Aerobics in the 90s, just a few things in the 2000s that I didn’t stick to past a week of trying something….until 2017 where I worked out five days a week at Max. Did great for a few years until I got stiff shoulder syndrome. Then tried alternate things like treadmills and going to the gym with a trainer all to lead me to just not really get into anything at all. Recently I found a post about this on a page I follow (not health related page) and decided to look it up. I followed on a couple of YouTube videos and then found out there was an app. I did the two week trial and I was hooked! The fact that no equipment is needed except for a few inexpensive items, it can be done at home and after two weeks I already saw a difference… well let’s just say, I feel better than I’ve ever felt with any workout routine I’ve done in the past. I’m a new fan and am now more than a month in. I’ve worked out anywhere from 3-5 times a week. Per the instructor, it’s best to do it every day. I’m working my way up to everyday. I hope this review helps you. As it’s been a game changer for me.

Hello! Thanks for keeping Such a helpful program on the air. My Physical Therapist is now recommending too other clients with spinal issues. I may never be completely rid of chronic leg neurological damage due too a medical error made from a spinal epidural but this program helps me live a better life. Thank you all. Essentrics TV exercise routines with trainers are perfect wherever I am health wise. The exercises stimulate endorphins and I am so happy when I am doing these exercises! The trainers give tips so I know where I need more work. I highly recommend Essentrics TV.

I use this app frequently. is there a way to turn down the background music? Many times I cannot hear the instructor because the music is too loud. Therefore I can not do that workout. Thank you!
