Best weight lifting app
I can’t believe how much I’ve grown mentally and physically doing Obergs guides. This app has by far THE BEST weight lifting guides with some pretty sweet cardio and ab guides!! Plus there are so many different ones between her and her partner on this app. Her food guide is pretty sweet to with so many amazing recipes. It’s worth every penny!!
Too many glitches on the app
It’s affordable and variety on work outs. However I like to listen to music as I work out so if there a cardio workout and I listen to music it won’t accept the work out unless app is open… most of the time on the treadmill I watch YouTube videos… The app never saves my weight loss progress… And for some reason every time I open the app it asks me to sign in and then automatically takes me to My home page.

This app is put together with everything in mind. It addresses building all muscle groups and addresses cardio which is great fir weight loss. The recipes in this app is the best I’ve seen so far. Love this app❤️.

I have been using the app for 2 years and it’s makes it so easy for me to keep on track! With all the different guides to choose from to being able to switch the workout to fit more of what I have available! It also has recipes you can try! When I am at the gym people have came up to me asking what app im I using, and I tell them all about it! 😉Thank you for making such a helpful app!
