Osmind is a care platform for patients with treatment resistant mental health conditions.
Where is the security?
A mental health app should absolutely have, at minimum, a pin to unlock. Face ID would also be nice. Also, where is the two factor auth? I am only using this because I have to but I think I’ll stick to the web version with equally lax security.
Endless loop for logging in
Verify email and reset password only open to the App Store and not the actual app. So no way to login
Can’t get into the app after verifying email
I can’t even get into the app after I click verify email
Authentication Email URL doesn’t work
I tried using the authentication URL you get via email during initial setup and it doesn’t do anything except take you to the App Store (iPhone). It does not launch the app or anything else. Unusable.
Persist login
Every time I’m notified to check in on the app, I find I’ve been logged out and my email isn’t even saved on the login form. This is an unnecessary hurdle to doing what should be a quick and easy process. When my mental health is worse and the check in would be most valuable, the added step of going through the login process is enough to deter me from following through. I don’t think it would be difficult to at least remember my email and give an option to autofill the input. I also don’t see why I need to be logged out at all.
Can’t even see when I sent my messages to my provider
As the title says I can’t even view the time and date I sent for each messages so I don’t know how long it’s been since I have not gotten back reply. Why is this basic info no available. Also one day I got logged out randomly and had to find the original invitation link and set passwords etc to log in again and it took time. This app is far from perfect.
Completely changed my outlook
I would recommend this to all who are lost in a hole.
