Best meditation app Period. I never review anything this is my first review and I am giving this a 5/5 :) no ads, no premium features, very simple to the point design.

I like it Very focused and relaxing
Just enough guidance
I’ve used other meditation apps that were very helpful at first, but eventually there was either too much verbal guidance or none at all. I love the way Oak gets you started on your meditation and then gives you some silence before checking in again. I also like that there are very few choices of meditations. I used to spend a lot of time choosing a meditation and then starting and then choosing another one. Oak gives a few options and I just go with it. I also like that guided breathing is included. I find this very helpful.
Grateful
I am so grateful for this app. With so many of the well-known meditation apps costing money, oak feels like a genuine place for healing. I always know I can come here for a moment of peace.
Definitely a great app… but one annoying glitch
The app is great so far, I only really use it for the breathing part. But there is one problem with the breathing that’s been happening recently, sometimes when it’s talking it sounds glitchy and sounds like “i-inhale” or “xhale” like it’s cutting off the word or saying the beginning twice, no other complaints or problems, Plz fix this tho 🥺🙏
This is so relaxing
Reason why I gave this a five star rating because it helps me go to sleep and I play Roblox so when Roblox didn’t let me play a game I just went straight to this app and I did calming and I just said inhale exhale and it really made me come down, so I just love this app and it really helps me go to sleep. My mom was using this the asked her what app is that she said app name oak and I was like can I use it one day and the next day after school I got a real bad headache and she downloaded this app on my tablet and I use this app every night!!!!
For experienced meditators
I love this app as a more advanced partitioner. It gives me music choices and time cues and that’s all I need. Some other apps offer more guidance and this app has that too, but it isn’t in a way that interrupts your session, which I’ve found to be a problem with the other apps in this space. I tried the others and always come back to Oak for my daily practice.
