Everything you could need to be your fittest self
This programming is amazing, I’ve seen huge strength gains in a single time through their 8 week programs. The online community is engaging & supportive, and the admin is super responsive with a question, or form advice or even adjusting the macro ratios the app suggests. Takes the guesswork out of getting fit & delivers showstopping results
My favorite app
I absolutely love this app ! I’ve been using it for about a year and a half and it is my favorite app. The support that comes with it is top notch! From the administrators and programmers to the members in our Facebook group. I’m totally obsessed 🤗

Workouts
Love! but wish there were modification options for all exercises. Sometimes they can be flat out too difficult. For example, if you are a beginner to the snatch, then there need to be steps in learning how to do it, master it and then move to next step until you can do full movement, and/or alternative exercise. There are also times when you may be injured, and although you typically might be able to do a particular exercise, it may be necessary to modify on certain days. I think this would be extremely beneficial! That being said, I am loving the workouts, just a suggestion that I am holding out hope for! :)
Best workouts for gaining muscle and losing weight.
I’ve tried many workout apps. This has the best of muscle building and cardio. Great warm up and mobility sessions included. There are a lot of supersets and giant sets in which I’m getting used to. The metcon at the end of each workout is challenging and I love it. This doesn’t have a food tracker but it does give you your macros and calories and a check in day and it will adjust them after check in.

I have been doing the Naked programming over 2 years now! I absolutely love it. It’s different from my day to day CrossFit training and it contains all the supplemental exercises I need from accessory work to mobility. I love that the training blocks are thought out for you so that you don’t have to think about it! Just do it! A time-saver for sure. A great community a well. I am for sure more shredded because of this program. I was doing the daily athlete functional. I now switched to the 2023 summer showdown and it’s awesome! Keeps me motivated. The app is super user friendly, love all the videos and tracking. Thanks for an amazing program in an easy app!
