App doesn’t work
They should take this app off the store. I could not authenticate, changed my password, still doesn’t authenticate Called my member line and they said it’s a known issue for months that the app has trouble authenticating.

Useless app. You’d think billion dollar insurance companies would invest in an app that allows their consumers to access bare minimum account information such as what providers are covered. Nope, not webtpa! I guess I’ll just have to call every time I need to know something regarding health insurance but their customer service ratings on Google aren’t so great either. Not surprising.
