I am estactic verse how I explained to my Dr.s I have not seen my insides since my sickness kicked in 2012 I had no specialist look at me till I went to duke I am honestly waiting for an override to get back. As to I have optimum healthcare but seeing my insides verse the follow up I need I care to only be seen by the team I was referred too. That is duke health period based on their hard work. I have heliocobacter was tested on active duty in 2009 never treated til now William Ervin

Quite a bit of the comments are not explanatory - ie - comments made after some visits are not gone over with patient - don’t have dates for follow up etc

I by no means have not had any technology training, but I am pretty familiar with my cellular devices. My Duke chart has been pretty easy to read, understand & operate. It provides me with a direct connection with all of my providers, and to my surprise they all tend to respond within a timely manner. I really enjoy having my health records at my fingertips 😁
