This app is literally the best
I don’t generally like apps for meditation, but I’ve tried them all. Headspace was great until their redesign which made it feel like a child’s toy. Insight still rocks for their timer. This app, though, is truly transformative, and open-eye meditation was a game changer for me. Even after years of meditation (mostly unguided), these meditations affect me deeply, literally opening my eyes to what makes me tick and how to not only learn about it but to be at peace with myself, in the moment. I’m happy that the recent acquisition of the app may make it more widely used, but not so happy that it’s become “Gwyneth’s,” with her face ever present. This, for me, takes away from the app itself.

I love the look of the app and the unguided meditation / timer section is my favorite. I am in LOVE with the ambient sounds. Love how they aren’t too much, they’re perfectly tuned, please don’t change them. I hope more are added soon. My only hope with this section is that it will be programmed to remember my selections. Im not a fan of the bell sounds. So it remembers my ambient sound selection but not that I don’t want a bell sound. Love this section otherwise. Also really like the backgrounds here. They’re SO helpful to use as breathing tools as I breathe in & out to the rhythm of how they flow on my screen. Game changer in how calm I’ve been lately. I do 2-5 mins several times a day. However, this is the only section I’m currently able to use. I’ve tried the guided meditations and while the narrators voices are very nice, they always startle me whenever they speak into the mic. It’s like they’re speaking too close to the mic. It interrupts my meditation and prevents me from zoning out/focusing. Also, the music doesn’t seem to match volume wise. So if I turn down the volume, I can’t hear the music very well. So for now I'm only able to enjoy the unguided meditation section & unsure if I want to pay for the app if I'm not able to fully enjoy it because I would love to be able to use the guided ones as well. Anyway, I know a lot of work goes into this kinda thing so thank youuuu, this app is very helpful for me and I’m grateful I found it.
Wonderfully made, Premium is Worth It!
This has been an excellent source in reanimating my body, recentering my energy with mindful breathing , and feeling comfortable in my mind. I really like the ability to choose stationary or walking meditations. This has helped me to achieve another goal of walking more, because I have a ‘mission’ that gives me a set amount of time and a place to focus my energy instead of my anxieties when being outside alone. Though you can access the library and find a specific meditation, I would like the ability to heart/save specific ones that I want to return to with ease, even after I complete a Path. I haven’t done the standalone Moments just yet. I’ll give them a try in time, but ultimately I am very grateful for this affordable, easy to follow app. Thank you to the developers! 🌱

Beautifully Designed & Easy to Use
I’ve only used this app for a couple of days but it offers support in small doses that can have a profound impact long term. For example, I enjoyed working on a Path called “Allowing Emotions” which was challenging enough to feel effective, but supportive enough to feel empowering and healing. Thank you!
