A Godsend for Remote Areas
Living in a remote area, I worried about finding doula support. Meela was a godsend; connecting me with a doula willing to travel and offer virtual consultations. Her presence made all the difference in my birth experience.

I paid my subscription and it still said I couldn’t create my profile. It keeps giving me errors and won’t let me log in. They say you get 24/7 support and I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for the last 3 days. Otherwise, I think the app is a great idea and am looking forward to connecting w the birthing community. Update: they FINALLY responded to me after 7 MONTHS of charging me for two accounts. They said they would refund me the day I put a stop payment on my second account. And then I go to log into my active account and all of my info as well as conversations with clients have been deleted. This is going from 2 to 1 stars. This would be an incredible app w upgraded management and support.

The app and website takes forever to load. They are also constantly erroring out. They never respond to your emails. Once you pay for the subscription, they will never refund you even the app is useless. Worst company ever! They just want your money.

While, this company seemed like a legitimate way of getting a good amount of clientele, after several weeks of hoops, they verified my profile, and I had gotten minimal action. After a few months, I requested to cancel and heard nothing. It is now been 3 months that I’ve been trying to cancel, and they still have refused to cancel my subscription and continue to charge my credit card. This company is scamming people out of their money.
