This app really helps relax me. When I am feeling stressed or anxious, I turn to this app and it really calms me down and grounds me. I try to complete a meditation each day using this app so that I can stay as emotionally stable as I possibly can. I love this app. The narrator’s voice is very soothing and relaxing. I would recommend this app to anyone who is trying to relieve stress.

I have been using different apps for several years but for one reason or another they went a way, became too repetitive or too expensive. Soothing Pods is the best I have ever used. Actually glad the previous apps I’ve used went away so that I searched until I found this one. In my search I tried at least 10 apps until I found this one. I love the variety of meditations and the practical nature of them. Thank you.

I suffer from PTSD, stress, anxiety, depression and trauma. This is my first time ever experiencing meditation and it seems to calm me, and relax me. Even medicine I take can not help me calm as quick as relaxing and just letting the world around me stop and focus on myself. I love that everything on here is free, and doesn’t take your money for something that is helping me. Way better than the app calm. Thank you for your help. I’d recommend this app to everyone I know. But I do ask one thing, please don’t charge for something like this in the future because you have no idea how much you’re helping people out there that really needs this app to function.
