I like this app better than C25K free app. Although I am a little disappointed that the cues stop when your screen locks, unlike the other app. But I think this one eases you in to running a little more than the other app also.

Keeps you motivated. To hear the cues, make sure the volume is NOT on vibrate mode.

Ok app, needs improvements
The verbal cues doesn't work if the screen is locked. So you have to hold onto your phone the whole time. Also, it doesn't give you pace time either.
