My experience with their app was marred by unethical billing practices and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. After canceling my subscription, I expected to part ways with Manifest cleanly. However, to my dismay, they continued to bill me without authorization. Despite repeated attempts to rectify the situation and requests for reimbursement, Manifest remained unresponsive and refused to refund the charges. This blatant disregard for customer rights is appalling. It's a clear indicator of a company that prioritizes squeezing every penny out of its users rather than providing a quality service. The lack of accountability and transparency in their billing process is a red flag for anyone considering using their app. I urge anyone considering using Manifest to proceed with caution. Don't be fooled by their flashy promises or sleek interface. Behind the facade lies a company willing to exploit its users for financial gain.
