I’ve been using Man Flow Yoga for my yoga practice at least three times per week for four years, and I continue to benefit in many ways. What started as a pandemic-era home fitness program for me has now become a permanent fixture in my life. Dean Pohlman’s style is simple and straightforward. He explains every pose and breaks it down clearly so you get the maximum benefit without causing injury. The app is simple to use, with access to hundreds (thousands?) of training videos filtered by all kinds of specific topics (e.g., body part isolation, duration, levels) and a calendar function for keeping track of your practice. The videos are engaging and educational without being weighted down by unnecessary storytelling or commentary, which encourages replay as often as you want. I highly recommend Man Flow Yoga for men (and women) who want an easy-to-follow fitness program they can practice in the privacy of their own home. They can feel confident they’re getting proper yoga training from an expert.

MFY is the first workout exercise routine I’ve stuck with. I first found Dean Pohlman on YouTube and really liked his approach to yoga. It wasn’t mystical and religious but strength and exercise base. The references and focus was geared toward men which is vastly different from most yoga studios you find out there. Man Flow Yoga isn’t just online videos for workouts. It truly is a community and that is what has made it such a main part of my life right now. I fully recommend it.

I am a very happy member of Man Flow Yoga. Dean’s easy to follow and progressive approach to yoga and fitness is terrific for athletes and beginners too. MFY’s additional content includes, but is not limited to overall physical and mental health that I welcome in today’s fast paced world where men ignore these issues. MFY has a knowledgeable and responsive staff. If I have a question, it is answered in minutes. Further content includes ability to attend on-site events. Love it!
