Complete it to shut the frantic world out, reset your mind, and create the perfect mood for sleep. Loóna saves your escape sessions to your Apple Health app. The upgrade to loóna PLUS provides access to the entire collection of escapes. Our subscription options are: 1-month subscription,3-month subscription and 1-year subscription with a 7 day trial, (price may vary by location). Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. I use this to fall asleep when I can’t and sometimes just for fun. It helps me calm down the way I need to, with the many different types of stories. Most of the time I need an anxiety relief, however sometimes I just like the most adventurous ones. I’ve used this app for a few years now and it will definitely be renewed ever single year.

I see why this app received an Apple Editor’s Choice Award. This app surprised me in ways that I could never imagine. I really thought that this was just another sleep sounds, ambient music and green noise app. Like whoa if you try it you’ll see you’re way off. Don’t get me wrong it still has all of that but it has so much more. I would have to say, the Escapes category is my favorite! They are really cool narrations with real 3D models that you can interact with and add color and texture. It’s incredibly immersive and makes the app NOT BORING unlike other apps that only allow you to listen or watch something. The second is Stories. The third, even though still not boring and is of high-quality, is the Music category. On top of all of this there are many features to tailor the app is exactly to your personal preferences. yes by the way it still has your usual nature sounds like rainfall and other environmental elements. I truly think the Escape category is worth the subscription alone. Oh and I almost forgot to mention, it has an real alarm clock too! Also to add, this app’s interface is absolutely gorgeous. Very stable, well organized, excellent sound quality and top-tier visual design!

I used to love this app. I’ve had it for a few years and they changed some things recently that I don’t like.. Now I can’t pick which dreamscapes I want. I have to follow a map and I don’t like that. For as much as it costs I want to go back to picking my own stories. Also, now my character is sleeping?? so I can’t do anything in the app when I wanted to use it to fall asleep. Please go back to the old version

I have struggled with insomnia for many years and this app has been a compete game changer for me. After using this app for 2+ years, I tell everyone this is my favorite app of all time. I’ve learned new tools that help me sleep faster like breathing techniques and which ambient tunes work best for me. The coloring stories are beautiful and engaging and I struggle to keep my eye open by the end. My only wish is to be able to sort male vs female voices. I am partial to the men’s voices and have memorized which stories have my favorite voices. I love loona - THANK YOU!
