Truly the best cycle tracking app!
I’ve used so many tracking apps since I was first introduced to them and none compare to Lively! At first it was pretty basic but honestly the aesthetic and clean/calming look as a whole is what kept me on the app haha then as they’ve been updating and adding new features increasing the quality of the overall experience I’m so happy to say I’ve been able to see the earlier stages of the app! The way they include tips/recommendations for all things nourishment, movement, and activities has been so helpful as I’ve been trying to live more in sync with my cycle, not a feature I’ve found in any other tracking app. Truly could not be more in love with this app and I’m looking forward to any updates they make in the future!

I absolutely love this app and how it provides more than just a calendar. I’ve been struggling with having normal periods lately and I’ve been trying to keep them consistent and this app has definitely helped! I’ve been cycle syncing with all the different foods and everything else the app provides so it’s been a game changer!

Truly the best app to track your cycle! I love that Lively focuses on offering tips to enhance each phase of the menstrual cycle - I feel so supported each month! And the fact that they are always listening to their app users and making updates when possible shows how much they care. I’ve downloaded every period tracking app on the market and this is the only one I’ve used consistently and feel excited to use everyday. Thank you for an incredible tool to teach women more about their cycles!

I used to use another app and had no issues with it, but was looking for some thing that offered more options for logging. I love how this app gives you information and tells you what phase of the month you’re in. To me that’s really important because I can better prepare myself each week for what my body needs and my mental health needs. I use the free version and for me that’s enough, but I’m definitely not opposed to upgrading at some point.

This app is so cute! I just wish it had a notification to let you know your peak ovulation days, it says when you’re in your ovulating phase but it would be cool if it was more clear when the peak days are :) that’s all! Other than that it’s really cute and helpful.
