We are a family of 6 I am trying to Meal plan for. I love all the recipes and the fact that you can have it set up on a calendar and it creates your shopping list for you. But my biggest issue is that you cannot set the number of servings for each recipe like you can in the FitOn app that features JS Health recipes. This makes it very challenging and defeats the purpose for why I downloaded the app, which was to make my meal planning significantly easier. Now I still have to comb through all the ingredient and add up how much of each I will need for the week. Such an easy feature to implement, I don’t understand why it’s not there when there are so many others ways you can customize. I don’t know if I will keep this app if they don’t add this feature because it makes a world of difference.

I love all the recipes posted on the app given the huge variety. However, every few days I have to delete the app and re-install again. Other times, the app won’t recognize my login. It is not fair to the great content so I hope the app team will do something about it as it is super frustrating.

I cannot begin to express not just the efficacy of this app, but the general peace of mind it gives me just seeing it symbol on my home screen. How crazy is that?! Not only is this app full of incredible and useful tools, that I actually truly use on a daily basis, but even the icon itself serves as a reminder each day of this lifestyle I have committed to and my “why”. I love the recipes, really rely on the workouts (the BEST, they’ll revolutionize your LIFE), and generally feel like I have therapy in my back pocket and a reminder that extremes don’t serve me any more. Anytime I need a reminder I can just pop onto my app and read for a sec and I’m all clear again. Life saver.

I have always been motivated by Jess’ advice. I’ve bought many things such as books, vitamins, a programs online. However, this app won’t let me even create an account to purchase it! If you design an app and a person who works in IT for a living can’t get it to work, there’s a problem. I was really excited about this. Now I just feel disappointed and a tad shocked. I would hate for anyone to judge Jess’ abilities or knowledge on how non-functional this app is. Such a shame.
