Designed specifically for military personnel, it uses the latest science and technology to determine your best path toward increased well-being by addressing 11 behaviors (alcohol, depression, exercise, financial well-being, pain, sleep, smoking, social support, stress, substance abuse, tobacco). By answering a few questions the app provides you with individually crafted advice on how to start your journey. 

APP FEATURES
Once a week the app will provide you with an obstacle created just for you that you can conquer by completing a quick interactive activity. 
The app will send you daily tips to support you on your journey. 
Earn a challenge coin for every obstacle you complete. Collect them all to achieve the ultimate goal of positive well-being.
