Explore your smoking habits and discover patterns with refresh. This unique app will help you beat cravings, set the right goals, and move towards quitting—one step at a time. You don’t have to be ready to quit. refresh will give you customized tips and guidance so you can move at your own pace. 

You'll also be invited to allow refresh to connect to your Health app. Your Health app data, such as medications you take, conditions you have, and whether you practice mindfulness, will help to customize your journey in the refresh app. But you don't need to connect your Health app data to use refresh. That choice is up to you. We will never share your information with a 3rd party.
