Clean visually appealing and easily understandable layout. Straightforward to use which makes me want to use it and not think of checking in as an onerous chore. Love the post meal reminder. Only change would be to have the ability to set a reminder for regular check-ins. Keep up the good work! Update: continue to enjoy the app. Thanks for the addition of reminders for regular check-ins. As I continue to use the app, I find I would appreciate if the app integrated with Apple Health to pull hydration and workout data since I think that impact eating patterns.
