This app is handy interval timer that helps you keep track of your work and rest periods during your HIIT interval training and workouts. The application is very easy to use, enter the Work, Rest, Sets, Rounds and start workout. You can listen to music during workouts or use the timer in the background. There is also app on the Apple Watch that will allow you to monitor your heart rate during workouts. Simple and effective timer
All I need is a simple timer in which I can adjust the length of rest and of work periods. Period. This it it. The face is easy to read, the voice is clear and the volume can be adjusted with regards to other music I’m playing. It’s perfect.
Good general timer
I like the basic features of this app. I like the feature of having reps and sets with customization of rest between sets I would like to see a customization of warm up per saved timer instead of one global. I would suggest audio configurations when a set is completed Not a need but different voice options would be nice
Needs vibrate
Why would you not include the standard vibrate option? The last thing people in my gym need is my stupid alarm going off at intervals when they are trying to work out! There are no instructions...sets versus rounds are really poorly designed with no explanation. The UX is clunky and we end up closing the app when just trying to get back a screen. Was going three stars...but after writing...down to two and deleting this app.
