Great meditations overall with suggestions
I am currently utilizing the free service only and I enjoy most of the meditations overall. A few suggestions to improve the experience that would entice users to pay for subscription: ✅Offer a search capability. ✅Organize or label according to which have a sleep or wake ending or morning/evening session. ✅Would love meditations that help with ADHD gaining focus, concentration and clarity as well as help with fatigue, anxiety, depression and low energy. Also meditations focused on female issues such as getting through painful menstruations, menopause, perimenopause, pregnancy, postpartum depression, etc. ✅Tag if recording is a male/female voice and if high decibels included as those can wake you if you’re resting while listening or bother those with misophonia/ASD. 📌Side Note for creators: consider making an app that is geared towards preteen-teens. Topics could be on confidence, focus and study habits, social skills, friendships, clarity, healthy relationships,

Not to be dramatic, but after using the app fairly consistently (at least twice a week) for the past 2 years, I can fully attest that this has changed my entire life. I have ADHD & subsequent anxiety, & this app actually helps me to turn my brain off! The guided breathing helps to slow my racing heart from the anxiety, & after consistent use, I can literally feel each limb of my body relax under the narrator’s command. That means the hypnosis really works! It relaxes me so much that it knocks me out every time & I sleep like a baby… so even my insomnia is a thing of the past! These hypnosis sessions have been the catalyst of my spiritual enlightenment & my life has honestly transformed according to whichever topic that I meditate on. The “money” meditation works so well that I have to be careful not to get greedy. The “dream job” meditation flipped my career from auto insurance to entertainment! 🤩 But this came after consistent use, which helped me to disconnect from my ego & align with my higher self. The enlightenment gave me a whole new understanding of God, His universe, & how to work with it. I’ve never felt more in control over my own mind, which was once the biggest challenge of my disorder. Seriously, GET THIS APP! Invest in the one-time $19.99 fee for the full library. It’ll be the best 20 bucks you could ever spend on yourself, I promise.
