I had been looking for an app like this for years! The schedule and exercises within each routine are very well put together. She offers modifications for those that need it, and best of all you see results!! I have gone through this app a few times now and just wish she had a new one!!!!!
Motivating!
I love this app! Only a dollar for all these workouts?! VERY WORTH IT! They are great high intensity training workouts and yet you can go at your own pace. It's nice to have her in my ear to keep me going. I don't write many reviews, maybe 3 in my life, but I think this app is worth the time!

Pretty cool
This is a great app to workout to! It was a bit getting used to since I'm used to working out with videos. But this app also helped me lose some weight, and that's what I love most about it. The only thing I don't really like is how the typed instructions aren't always very clear but I have experience with most of the exercises, so that helped me, but still: I say download it if you want a good sweat
