Fix
The app needs to be fixed. When I try to do an e-visit or check my messages through the app. The link to those items is not working.
Constant glitches and crashes
This would be a great app, if it worked correctly or opened! Hardly ever works. Have had multiple issues scheduling, sending and receiving messages. Now, it won’t even open after I put in my password. Just keeps buffering and does nothing. Yes, everything is updated and it’s not me. It’s your app. Please fix it!! I have to keep going online instead of using the app, and it’s so annoying.
App is inconsistent
The places where this app works are, indeed, useful, but there are too many hiccups. My biggest frustration is menu options drop on and off. Some days I can click in to see my lab results. Other days I can’t. There are also too many core functions that push you out to a browser, where you have to log in again. Why have an app when so many of the key tasks you want to do have to be done on the website.

No longer lets me send messages to my doctor since the update. Is now very slow and barely works at all
Going down hill
This app used to be great, but it has really gone down hill in the last year. Nothing loads, and there is no way to see test results anymore. I expect way more from such a big company that profits billions of dollars a year.
