Extremely poor
This app is horrible if you have any eating disorder tendencies. You cannot hide the calorie count for anything, and you are asked to “rate” how healthy your meal was (not healthy, neutral, or healthy). Additionally the food database is impossible to navigate effectively. You can’t select the appropriate unit of a food most of the time, so you have no idea how accurate the information is, and you can’t find many common foods.
Please fix rotation in iPad app
Update 12/2023 (v.14.3.5). App *still* doesn’t support screen rotation on iPad. Hello??? __________________ Screen rotation doesn’t work in iPad app. I use mine with a keyboard, so it’s almost always in landscape orientation, but the app won’t rotate. Also, the interface is a bit confusing — it’s not always clear what to enter where, and my provider sent me a data sheet with some information but it didn’t appear anywhere in my app.
Chat not opening
The chat doesn’t open since the update 2 days ago. This is how I speak to my nutritionist and her staff. Please fix ASAP
Still a work in progress
There are a lot of things about this app, and the services surrounding it, which are really great. Unfortunately, the app itself is very buggy. I run it on desktop, iPhone, and iPad. The iPad version is the worst. When you open the app, a lot of the information is missing. Documents, chat sessions, etc. I have found the only way to remedy this is to delete the app and reinstall it. I’ve done this three times now. It fixes it every time but very annoying and shows they still have work to do to stabilize the app. Also, the video features are very rudimentary. they would be better off to integrate with Microsoft teams or zoom and leave it at that.
Slowest app on the planet
Takes 20 seconds to refresh any page. But after 20 seconds, it doesn’t even get updated. I logged food 2 hours ago and the calories are still not added regardless of how much I refresh
