Great Platform
FITTR as a platform has had an enormous impact on my life and some of my friends’ lives. However, the specific experience inside of the app leaves a lot to be desired. The interface is clunky and not simple to use. Some potential noteworthy improvements: - easier access to update weight, body fat metrics - syncing weight with apple health logged weight, along with other metrics - Better integration with apple ecosystem - Allowing email id change, or allowing multiple emails to be added to an account. Also, allowing the fitcoins reward system to send push notifications to phone!

I informed FITTR about me contracting with COVID and the risk of going to the gym to catching the virus again. I would have not mind going to the gym or outdoors for walk if my wife was not pregnant. Fittr replied cancellation is out of their policy and they cannot cancel my plan for prorated amount. This just shows Fittr has no sympathy and to just make money.

I found FITTR through Sunil shetty Sir in one of his interviews and started following FITTR since than and watch JC Sir .Last December 2023 I decided to go ahead with my weight loss journey and called them they assigned me Coach AMIT SAXENA Sir and signed for 12 weeks under his guidance I learned proper nutrition and workouts .He is always there to answer any questions u have ,he push you towards your goals . I lost 13 pounds so far and keep going down more .when I started it was 151 and now 138 and going to work more harder to achieve my goals thank you so much Sir I will definitely recommend my COACH and FITTR to family and friends . Thank u JC Sir for creating this platform . As I continue my weight loss I want to thank everyone here .

App pages are not intuitive. For eg, progress page doesn’t have an option to update progress. You have to get to that from a different page. Overall look and feel of app is like a work-in-progress even though they have been around. I keep hoping they’ll revamp the look to make it simpler and easier to use- an app we would want to use.
