I have been trying to transfer my membership to a different city but for some reason it’s not happening!! And these people are not even fixing my issue!! Think twice before downloading and taking a membership for this app

I have just visited to the gym and about enquire regarding the gym detail and they have followed me very nicely and call Latha follow-up and asked me about payment payment payment like that they followed me, and finally they told me to pay via credit card and the next two days, my mother got sick. I just want to go to my native, I didn’t even attend one class also, but I have requested personally please cancel the subscription because my mother not well so my entire family is going to ship to from this place to village so we could not lost this much amount. I am in a bad position. Please support the payment written. They have delayed like anything. I have requested many time and send a mail also, and I have asked in other way also, but they are not at all ready to return the amount, please pay the amount before check once, then do the needful with them

Before you take the subscription all the classes are available to book but as soon as take subscription everything shows as either booked or humongous waiting list. I have compared this both my phones side by side. The support chat they direct to sales and the people there just say we have no idea we are from sales. They are proper fraudsters I will suggest please don’t waste your money instead join local good gyms.

be careful. Despite doing annual subscription, cult folks are not giving access and are asking you to take it up with apple. There is glitch in their model and customer master but they refuse to either give access or refund despite multiple mail exchanges

I have been member in cult play from 1.5yrs, morning slots won’t be available, its always been in waiting list and before 24hrs person has to book. Price hike is a gambling to attract people that more people are interested in membership but reality is worse to book slots.

The UI UX of Cult fit is poorly designed. It becomes confusing which tab do I go to for what. Like for scanning at gym, I have to first find the nearby gym option and then scroll through the long list of gyms to get the QR. On the same page we have two buttons My Workout plan and Smart Workout plan looking pretty much identical but do completely different jobs. While logging workout, there is no visual cue to know that you’ve already done an exercise or a set of it. There are a lot of other things like these that I can point out. All in all, the Application is designed quite badly. Please redesign the app by properly organising functionalities into proper menus and simplify the experience
