The scale and app work fine. But I have to always turn off then back on the apple health sync button so it moves data to my phone. That’s the only issue I have.

My old scale stopped working so I got a new one. It won’t sync no matter how many reset tips I try to do. I can’t do manual entry- it doesn’t reset the weight. I can’t even send a help request through the app. Frustrated to say the least since it worked before.

We loved the scale and app for the most part, however we just learned that we’re expecting and this particular smart scale/app doesn’t offer a pregnancy mode. That said, our Dr cautioned against using it for the duration of pregnancy which stinks. If they updated it to have a mode like that I think it’d be perfect.

Although setting up the Wi-Fi can be a bit tricky if you want to connect to a network other than the one your phone is using, the app seems to work well. My frustration - and it's a big one - Is that almost all of the text is impossible to read. The fonts are very light on a bright white background making them practically invisible. Furthermore, the app does not seem to support dark mode. Again, from what I can tell, the app does a great job gathering, storing and even sharing data with other health apps. If I couldn't use those third-party apps. I wouldn't be able to see 90% of the information gathered by the scale.

The scale is very accurate. I have had mine for three years and it works better than the very expensive scale I bought several years prior. ****I wish the app would let me back date a manual weight. That is my only complaint. I want to add my highest weight to the year 2020. I bought the scale in 2021 and I can’t find a way to add that weigh in to have a total big picture of my weight loss journey.****
